this is my first time posting, i just bought a new laptop not too long ago and norton internet security 2011 was in it and it is for 2 months period before i have to renew and today the first month passed, i ran a full scan and left it to take shower and my wife closes it (i'm not sure before or after it is completed) then i re ran a full scan but it only scan about 180k files only then finished (about 5 minutes) it usually scan about 1.3 million files and took about 30 to 45 minutes
i reboot my laptop but still the same issue, but when i ran it on safe mode it goes to scan over 1.3 million like usual and when i reboot and starts normally and do another full scan it only finish in about 5 minutes and scan about 180k files :(
i'm running windows 7, help please

This will happen when 2 scans are run close together in time as elsewhere has stated before anything has changed much in your computer and before another antivirus update has come thru. Thanks.
