I ordered the above online, and my downloading of it was interrupted by my laptop running out of battery (charger died). I duly order a new charger from Amazon, which has now come. I have now turned on the laptop and gone back into my account to continue, and there is no sign of the product on my machine.
The following error message appears on my account:-

An online order was placed using your Norton Account. However, the account could not be validated at the time of purchase. Please save your online order now.
In order to do this, I apparently need the product number, which I don't have. According to the "help", I need to open up the product to get the code, which is not currently installed on my machine. Norton have taken the money from my bank account so I assume everything else was ok.
Any ideas?!!
