I was trying to determine what's causing my desktop to freeze since installing this software yesterday and I discovered that the plug-in for MS Outlook is causing the problem. I rebooted my desktop after the last crash when Outlook was open and I received a message to remove the plug-in which appears to have stopped the crashes however, do I have the proper email security activated without the plug-in and what's causing this problem. I paid for this security suite and I expect for it to work. Has anyone encountered this problem?
