Norton Internet Security 2011 setup.exe disappears

Hello, I have a computer running Windows Vista x32 - latest service pack - and I am trying to install Norton Internet Security 2011, and each time I put the CD in, whether it is in safe mode or normal, the "setup.exe" file disappears off the CD. I copied the contents of the CD to a USB drive on a different computer and then put the USB stick in and the folder which contained the contents of the CD disappeared. I would prefer not to format and reinstall the operating system, hence why I have come here for help. I'm currently running a "Kaspersky Live USB Scan" on the drive, HiJackThis log attached. Any help would be appreciated..

 

Additional Info: Already ran: Malware Bytes and SuperAntiSpyware in safe mode, take out the hard drive and ran Microsoft Security Essentials, installed Microsoft Security Essentials to the drive and ran it, ran a AVG Live USB scan, and the kaspersky live usb scan.
