Last week I was running the 2010 version of Norton Total Internet Security. It gave me a list of updates to install and so I tried. It wasn't able to and gave me an error message starting with, "A virus framework based SPMOS...". I went on the discussion board and the only solution I was able to come by was to install the 2011 version.
After Installing, it worked for the rest of the day. Then the next day when I tried to bring up the program, I recieved a blank Norton program screen and the message saying that it was not located anywhere in my program files. When I went to the Unistall/Change program list to uninstall it from there, nothing happened! Also, with the Norton Uninstallation Tool, nothing happened. Has anyone had this same problem and, if so, is there a way to surpass this and fix the problen to where I can get the program up and running like it was the past year? Thanks.
