2 days ago Norton PC checkup software lanched itself asking me to activiate it.
Since then NIS 2011 does not start.
I have unistall Noton PC checkup and rebooted the PC several times. But no effect.
I have tried to download the Norton Removal tools. But the ftp page comes back quickly with

I have tried to unistall the progarm using the control panel option 'add / remove a program' The system cannot find the program and is unable to remove it.
I am now at a loss to know what to do next.
Can you help please...
