I have just purchased the disc verson of norton internet security 2011, when i inserted the disc into my laptop nothing happened the disc wasnt loading. i went into my computer to open the disc that way and it wasn't there. i gave the disc to my daughter and she managed to install it on hers with no problems, the only difference between our pcs is that mine has windows 7 and she has windows vista.
