Yesterday I have upgraded from NIS 2011 to NIS2012. The expiry of NIS-2011 is 29th Dec 2011. After upgrading to NIS 2012 using CD the NIS 2012 shows the expiry date as 8th dec 2012 instead 29th dec 2012.
If the date needs to be corrected what exactly, I need to do.
Kindly guide us.

Vaidhy

Hello vaidh_n
If you need to contact customer support in another country than the United States or Canada, you can try this chat link instead.
.Please contact the free chat program by using this link.
www.norton.com/chat
Thanks
Edit: Please try using the chat program to customer support. Please have your key handy and the email address that you used when you set up mynortonaccount. When you get through to customer support, please tell them you just updated to the new version by putting in your new key. Ask them if you can get back the days you lost since you entered the key early and you lost the remaining days of your old subscription. We have heard from other Users that many times they will add back the number of lost days to your new subscription.
Please come back and let us know how you made out. Thanks.
Thank you. I was able to update using the chat session.
