Norton Internet security 2012

Hello,

When it comes to computers i'm a complete novice so when trying to download a norton product you can imagine how hard it is for me but i'm sure using Norton products will be a walk in the part for most people on this site so i'm hoping someone can help.

I was advised to protect my computer with a norton product so I chose Internet security 2012 mainly becuase it was on offer at around £25. When I downloaded it I followed all the instructions I thought everything was ok. After two weeks it started saying that my trial period was over and my computer wasn't protected. I went back onto Norton thinking it hadn't worked properly and download and paid for it again as I assumed that it hadn't worked properly first time and that I wouldn't have been charged. When I checked my statement I have seen that I have been charged for both products. The reason why the first one didn't work properly was because I didn't go onto the website after I downloaded to get the activation key and activate it. So my question is, can I get my money back for the other Internet security 2012 product which is sitting unactivated in my norton account and which I dont need.
