I just upgraded to Internet Security 2013 on my VIsta 32 computer. After install, IE 8 took 2-3 minutes to load some pages including Yahoo.com which is my home page. Had same problem with other web pages. Some web pages came up fast as normal. I thought IE 8 might be problem and installed IE 9. No change at all. Same problem. ALso installed Internet security on my XP computer with IE 8. No problems on it.
