I am using MAC OS X (Snow Leopard) and have NIS 4.1 installed on it. I currently have 3 issues I really could use some help with. First, I constantly get a message that "The Norton DeepSight Community list is empty or missing" when I click configure in the Advanced Settings tab. Second, the Phishing Protection toolbar does not show in Safari, even though I have the Phishing Protection and Toolbar enabled. And finally, under the firewall tab, the "Click the lock to prevent further changes" constantly stays unlocked even after I've locked it. Although, the locks in the Confidential and Anti-virus tabs remain locked. Please help!!!
