Norton Internet Security and anti virus protection

Does Norton Internet Security include anti virus protection or do I need to purchase both products?  My NIS was just automatically renewed but I keep getting an annoying pop-up telling me that my trial version of the Anti-Virus Protection has ended.  (I didn't even sign up for a trial version of ANYTHING).

So, basically, I need to know if I'm already covered for anti virus protection and if so, how do I get rid of that very annoying popup?

Norton Internet Security is actually the Antivirus protection + the Firewall. So you are completely protected with this.

Can you open  Add or Remove programs and let us know the Norton products installed there?

Okay.  When I go to my "Programs" file and click on Norton Internet Security, I get the popup saying my trial version has expired and I'm no longer protected.  I DON"T HAVE A TRIAL VERSION.  I have the full program and have had it for years.  I got an email (which I'll try to copy below) saying that it was automatically renewed on May 6, 2011.

Your Automatic Renewal Status
Your subscription to Norton Internet Security expires on May 21, 2011.
Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged USD 59.99 (plus applicable taxes) on May 6, 2011 for another year of protection, without any additional action by you.

 Product Serial Number: REMOVED

I removed my CC number (which, by the way, was correct).

So, am I covered at all?  Apparently, since my computer keeps telling me I have NO anti virus protection and everytime I pull up the NIS in Programs I get the "your trial period has ended and you're not protected" I have to assume that I'm not.

If this isn't resolved shortly, I will request a refund and get my protection elsewhere.  I've been trying to get an answer on this for weeks and have been totally ignored.  Oh, by the way,  the "Ask Nathan" thing is a joke.

Do you have the Product key for this product? A 25 letter-numeric key which starts with 'J". If yes, open the Norton product, click Renew at the bottom corner. In the Renew field, enter the Product Key, and click Next. Follow the on-screen instruction.

You can find the detailed steps here:

Thank you SO much!  My issue has been resolved.
