Norton Internet Security blocking voip (sip) recording

Hi,

 

I am using Oreka windows software to record calls made from Magicjack PLUS device. Recently I installed norton antivirus and since then my software not recording anything. Its supposed to create .wave files in a folder, but not creating.

 

I even added program exclusion in antivirus settings. any idea?

No. Its just not recording or creating wav files.
