Norton Internet Security Engine 17.8.0.5 - History logs not working.

A couple of days ago Norton popped up a message to say that it had blocked a trojan from downloading.

Now that I want to do some more research and find ot what it was and how I came by it I decided to open the log of my Resolved Security Risks which I found to be empty. The history log of Unresolved Security Risks is also empty.

I did a search of the internet to see if anyone else had come across this issue and found this post ....
