I have just joined this community after having Norton for about 2 years now.
The day before yestereday I started reciving an error message (Error: "5013,3)
upon system start up which stated that my norton product had an
error. I am concerned and wish to rectify this problem now.
I was advised by the app to contact a 'live agent' BUT I was wondering
can YOU help me with a step by step and careful process of how to
correct the aforementioned error?

We can not s your image yet (it has to be approved by a MOD) however hereis some info in regards to your error code. The references are from N 360, but the same would hold true for your Norton Internet Security product.
