Norton Internet Security Full System Scan Scanning Non-Existent Files

Every time I run a Full System Scan using Norton Internet Security it is scanning non-existent files on my computer. And I mean they don't exist whatsoever, they aren't hidden files I've even checked to make sure that isn't the case. These non-existent files are apparently in a folder called "FOUND" on one of the USB Flash Drives connected to my computer. This USB Flash Drive doesn't have any folders in it including no folder called "FOUND" when viewing all items from including all Hidden items which this USB Flash Drive doesn't have any hidden items either. This USB Flash Drive is solely dedicated to being a Memory Boost Drive (like one other USB Flash Drive) is and is 100% empty other than the Memory Boost file. Yet when doing a Full System Scan Norton Internet Security says there is a folder called "FOUND" on this USB Flash Drive with items in it but the evidence shows that this is a 100% big fat lie on Norton Internet Security's part.

I've attempted to modify what a Full System Scan can scan for drives under Full System Scan in Settings but Norton Internet Security wouldn't allow me to do that. I found another section that allowed for scan exclusions so I've excluded all non-essential USB Flash Drives (the Memory Boost ones) and my External Hard Drive that Windows 10 seems to like to randomly disconnect from my computer. As stated in that last part, I am running Windows 10 Home Version 1511 (and what ever version number the recent Windows 10 Updates brought it to). This computer was an HP Pavilion g7-1310us Notebook PC running Windows 7 Home Premium up until it was upgraded to Windows 10 on August 11th, 2015.

What I really want to know is what is causing Norton Internet Security well doing a Full System Scan to be scanning non-existent folders and files and what I can do to stop it? Removing the USB Flash Drive in question didn't do anything to stop it, it was like the Full System Scan was frozen on that non-existent folder and it was like that for hours until I made the computer shutdown due to Norton Internet Security not responding/finishing it's scan and thus being a worthless and useless program at that time.
