Norton Internet Security is disable without a reason during window update !!

Recently, I purchase a notebook come with Norton Internet Security (19.9.0.9) (60 days trial version), after setting up basic setting for my notebook, as shown below:

  1. Norton Ghost
  2. Network connection to Internet
  3. Update Norton Internet Security, which still work fine at this moment
  4. Generate a backup image from Ghost
  5. Update window, the icon for Norton Internet Security on bottom right hand corner disappear,
  6. Restore previous image from Ghost,
  7. Update window, the icon for Norton Internet Security on bottom right hand corner disappear again

Since Norton Internet Security is disable during window update, there is no way to ensure that my window is clean for virus during update.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what wrong is with Norton Internet Security?
