I currently have the newest Itunes 64 bit on a Windows 7 64 bit computer. Today I resubscribed and redownloaded a new version of Norton Internet Security. Now nothing but trouble when I connect an ipod shuffle to my computer. Itunes doesn't recognize it or it will not disconnect when it does recognize it or freezes Itunes to the point I have to end it using the task manager. I thought it was just my computer so I tried a second computer with a different version of Itunes (the one before this update) and it does the exact same thing. New version of norton internet security on that one too.
I've uninstalled per Apple instructions and in the correct order. And reinstalled. Same results.
I have two Ipod shuffles and they both cause the same effects.
