Norton Internet Security keeps on marking a legitimate file as a trojan horse

Okay, I have been fighting with Norton Internet Security for about 2 hours now to get it to stop marking a legitimate file as a Trojan Horse and automatically deleting it. I have added the folder and the two folders in the folder tree ABOVE IT to the exclusions list, and Norton Internet Security just keeps on deleting the file in question. I would post it here, but considering that the site probably uses Norton as well, I don’t want to get banned for doing that. The only solution I have found is to totally TURN OFF Auto-protect, which is not a legitimate solution to this problem. I cannot understand why Norton is marking this file as a Trojan Horse, I run it… it doesn’t try to access the internet, it doesn’t try to change registry setting in Windows 7, it doesn’t do anything that would have it be marked as a Trojan Horse, other than being under 2KB’s in size.
