Norton Internet Security marking too many messages as SPAM

Recently my Norton Internet Security (with Outlook 2013) seems to have been marking far too many messages as SPAM and I have to go through clicking on "This is not Spam" then moving to the correct folder.

Conversely it is missing a lot more SPAM than it used so several times a day I have to go through marking them as SPAM.

Is there anything I can do to make it work more reliably and also would it be possible to have some system where you could find out why a message had been marked as SPAM, it would make it much easier to fix.
