Hello I having problems with my product. I had bought a Hp mini last year on black Friday so it had pre installed NIS NE 2010 I bought a renew key on dec 29 2010 but iv been having problems with the update NIS Netbook edition 2011 for some reason it automatically shuts off my laptop and when I turn it back on it takes me to my windows recovery menu. I use norton removal tool and reinstalled NIS NE 2011 but the same problem kepps happening. Also the program Norton Bootable Recovery Tool Wizard dosent work when i double click. what should i do because i cant be using the internet for my bussiness without a good internet security. i just want to know why its causing my laptop to shut off thank you. my system is windows 7
