Have read previous posts/solutions re this. I cannot do uninstall/reinstall option as with no internet cannot download links or manage my account. Writing this using mobile phone (home wireless working fine). I have tried changing firewall settings but if I click on 'configure' next to 'program rules' NIT just crashes. NIT source of problems on computer but cannot see a solution other than turning firewall off completely. Have windows 8.1 operating system. Would like to use google chrome but any internet engine would do just now. Advice/solution would be greatly appreciated.
