Norton Internet Security quick scan wont run

Whenever I switched on my laptop, the Norton icon on my toolbar shows me the Norton Icon with a red exclamation mark on it:

And when I opened Norton this comes out:

And when I click on the 'FIX NOW' button, this comes out:

I tried pressing on the Quick scan, because usually they will allow to do a Quick scan. But this time, it did not work.

I also tried clicking on the 'SUPPORT' and this came out:

So, I went back to the menu, and click on 'SCAN NOW'

And this appear:

So, I tried clicking on the Quick scan, and the Full system scan, but nothing happened.

The only thing that work here is the reputation scan which is not what I want.

 

I just bought my laptop 2 months ago and everything was running fine until a few weeks ago. 

My Norton Internet Security is running on a Windows 8. And the version is 20.5.0.28

Please help me! Im afraid that my laptop could have been infected with a virus.
