Due to drivers malfunctioning my new computer has been returned by the manufacturer restored to factory settings which includes Norton Internet Security (probably 2011 as this was on the original spec.) 60 days trial which is currently active. However the Norton Internet Security I installed in Feb was wiped - this was 1 of 3 licences and all were used. I now need to reinstall the Norton on the same computer and obviously have no extra licences to use.
As this will be Norton with Norton does one have to download the Norton removal tool and uninstall the trial version of Norton before reinstallation and will Norton recognise that this is a reinstallation of the original licence on the same computer?

Before installing go to yourMyNortonAccount and dump the old computer's listing in the trash can. That will give you a subscription to use for this new install. Activate with your current key and be sure to run live update to get your new copy up to the minute,.
Could someone please clarify - when I sign in (https://account.norton.com/amsweb/productAndServices.do), on the products tab, I can see the licence key & serial, registration date, etc., but the only options I have are buy a new key or download - I don't see the computer details or a trash can.
Thanks
EDIT - online chat got it sorted extremely promptly (had to use a different log in page - not sure if it should be posted).
