I renewed my norton internet security 2011 subscription, but the norton application waiting for the web browser window did not recognize it at all.
I got a confirmation with the order number and the payment reference number, but there was no product key in it.
Now the subscription has ended and norton doesnt work anymore.
Please let me know how to make norton recognize the subscription.
