Laptop (not lenova) with windows 10 OS

Ok so when I change the quick start on my windows 10 to disabled, what is the best way in the future to handle when NIS needs to restart??

  1. Should I click the “restart now button” in the update message from NIS when NIS requests to restart?
  2. Should I use the restart option on the windows start menu?
  3. Should I use the shutdown option on the windows start menu?
