I purchased a laptop computer 4/15/11. It came with 30 day free Norton Internet Security. 4/23/11 said no days of free registration remaining. I downloaded a 30 day free trial 4/25/11. Still showing "X" over Norton icon. Attempted to use support and became very frustrated. How can I contact someone at Norton who can really help me. If I can't solve this soon I am going to uninstall Norton and install McAfee from my other computer which still has available licenses.
