Norton Internet Security (version 19.9.0.9, I believe) doesn't start when I turn the computer on like it always has in the past. When I click on the desktop icon or directly on the EXE in the program files, the cursor turns to an hourglass for about a hundredth of a second and then... nothing. Despite none of Norton's features evidently being active, the Windows Security Centre continues to believe that Norton is providing a firewall and virus protection. I'm running XP SP3 if that's relevant. It's been happening for at least the last two days, but it's quite possible it's been happening for longer and I just didn't notice until now.
