I am running V 22.5.2.15. Upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10. Prior to upgrade I tried to download and print all passwords according to process given by Norton but was not able to. (My bad-I should have copied all manually.) Following upgrade was expecting difficulty so following Norton announcement changed to Internet Explorer (thanks for telling us about the problem). I WAS able to access web sites and Norton IS filled in passwords correctly. The only other change I made was to revert email back to Outlook because I find the new Win 10 email system unsuited for my needs. All was well, except that Win 10 took about 2-3 minutes to boot. After three days of NO problems with IE and Norton IS autofill, this morning when I booted the boot time was down to approx. one minute (good!). However, when my screen downloaded over one-half of my shortcuts were missing off of the screen and the remaining were in new locations. When I tried to enter a website I clicked on "Vault Closed" to bring up Norton IS it would not open. I tried several different ways to open Norton IS but it will not open. I am *guessing* that Win 10 did one of its automatic updates, but am not sure. I have probably given excess information but I am hopeful that one of you computer jocks, or Norton techs, will tell me how to bring Norton IS back on line, or at the least advise how I can recover all passwords I am *assuming* are still somewhere in the Norton cloud. I plan on staying with IE and Outlook because they are far more functional for my needs. If I can recover my passwords I will probably delete all from the cloud and enter the PWs manually as I have no idea what will happen next with Win 10. I do not want to revert back to Win 7 because I want an OS that will be supported for a few years. Thanks, folks. Jim
