Hi Everyone, I believe this problem MUST be happening to other NIS users. I'll try to explain it here. I have been using Norton for over a year & have successfully renewed it thru 2017, but each & every day I get the Trial Version expiring Pop up Window. Please see screen shot below. If I try to activate it I get error msg saying "cannot connect to Norton Server." I have tried this several days in a row, No good.
Has anyone received these error msgs ? I guess I can try to uninstall & reinstall but not sure that would fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Pat
