Every week I do a disk image with Acronis. Over the last week after several years of Kaspersky I've returned to the Norton fold. I completely removed Kaspersky, cleaned the registry, installed Norton Internet Security 2010 and it's been fine for the last few days. Last night I set off my weekly disk image but Acronis gives up and tells me there's running applications on the d: drive. I can only assume some Norton tasks have kicked in. How can I switch off NIS totally before doing a disk image?
