Hi I installed the app on my mobile yesterday and tried couple times to put in the product key I've already got on my laptop for Norton Internet Security on to my mobile but it wont let me as I got 2 left so what the problem???

The Product Key for Norton Internet Security is not usable on other products. You may want to look into Norton One or Norton 360 Multi-Device for cross-platform coverage under one account.
I got norton internet security on my laptop that said it covers android phone which it should cover mine as I got samsung galaxy note 2. So why should I pay extra.?
What is your laptop's Norton product name and version? If it is a Norton product that covers PCs and Android devices, the license should work.
Norton Internet security 2012. I've tried putting the product key on the handset but it won't recognise it n keep saying contact customer service. I don't have number as based in London uk

Norton Internet Security does not make any mention of mobile coverage. Check the System Requirements tab here http://us.norton.com/internet-security/
There is a separate Norton Mobile product, or as already suggested Norton 360 Anywhere. Check the products at www.norton.com

Unfortunately there is no way you will be able to use that Norton Internet Security key in your Norton mobile security. You may be better off contacting customer service.
On the top right hand corner select "Contact us".
Enter the details and select "Get Support"
You will get 2 support options "Live Chat" and "Phone Support"
You can select any of them and proceed.
