In trying to send an e-mail as a pdf attachment in Word, Outlook failed and I was asked whether I will like to delete "Norton anti spam Outlook plugin" Add-in and then update later.I replied no because I did not know what to do. Later in trying to open Outlook, it does not open and I get the following message "cannot open your default email folders" File C:\Users\Patrick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
Please I am stuck and need help.
