Norton Internet Security wont connect to account

Heya,

For some reason my Norton Internet Security won't allow me to register the product to my account properly. I keep getting notifications asking me to register my product, yet when I attempt to do this, all I get is a message saying 'We are unable to proceed with Norton account at this time. Please try again later'. I have been getting that same message for weeks now so not sure why my Norton product won't connect properly. It works fine on my other computer. Any suggestions to sort this would be most appreciated.
