I had NIS 13 and firefox 17, downgraded to FF 16 to disable "Click to play" forced updating, and the downgrade disabled the norton toolbar and web vernabilities, ran live update to try and renable toolbar for FF16, didn't fix, so I planned to reinstall norton to let it detect FF 16, but now it won't open to even run live update. I ran power eraser, ran removal tool twice, ran ccleaner on registry, reinstalled and it installed but still won't open, not sure what to do now.
