Have had 2 versions of Internet Security from Norton and one has just expired,lasy years. I renewed another version of Internet security in Jan of this year due to expire jan 2012. The Norton icon shows a cross and ocasionally advises the firwall has been switched off. Could someone within Norton check my account and advise why it's doing this because I don't want to be paying for 2 versions.
