For the Fourth day now, I have been trying to download the norton internet security I purchased for another computer that I no longer have in my home. I have the receipt, all the numbers I need, have done everything I have been told in the e-mails from customer support, yet no luck. This mornings offering was to open the product and above the cyber-crime heading on the main page click on activate-renew. and of course, there is nothing like that there on the main page. I have searched where I can get to on the website, and can find no where that I can put in my product number to get this straightened out on the new computer that I have. Can someone PLEASE help me!
