5 weeks ago I updated my NIS with the latest version and have total regret. Have worked with customer service 4 times, have uninstalled and reinstalled the software nearly a dozen times because the same error, 8506,421, would keep appearing and they finally installed NIS 12 and NIS 13. The lost my vault several times after telling me I have nothing to worry about and now Identitly Safe is completely destroying my browser and my laptop is useless unless I closed the vault. I keep getting the same message about Norton not receiving the plug in for the page. I have not and will not update my PC with the latest version and would highly recommend that no one else does. The customer service reps have no idea what they are doing and till this time and not definitely identified what the error message means. I am now in the process of looking for other security software.
