I spent countless hours on the Norton chat with three different 'techs' in the past 3 days trying to figure out why I could not mark an email as spam. After two full reloads of Norton IS and untold number of reboots it turns out Norton only supports AntiSpam with pop3 email accounts and NOT IMAP!! During this process with support they managed to screwup my start menu and items in msconfig, delete two vital programs that I had paid online for and messed up my settings in my Outlook Express. Not even an "i'm sorry". Turns out these 'techs' have no skills whatsoever. I'm still trying to get things back to the way I had them. Bring back customer support to North America and employ some real techs.
