Norton Intrusion Protection Web Add-on blocks all websites

I just installed Norton Security last night.  Everything works except I can not access the internet from iexplorer.

I tried disabling the firewall and Intrusion protection and still did not work.

When I disabled the Norton Intrusion Protection web add-on from iexplorer works great.

I've re-installed, but have same issue.

Any other things I should try?

I’ve been on the one click support for about 4 hours…

I think I've got it solved.  Not 100% sure what I did though?  I updated some other internet monitoring software that I have installed.

Seems to be working now.  Must have been incompatible with Norton?
