To start downloading your Norton Product, please install the ActiveX control. This is required to begin downloading your Norton Product.
However, I am NOT getting the Active X Control Install.
I did try the Manual Download option, however that returns Communications error constantly, regardless of whether or not I set proxy options.
(DId try getting help from chat line on this, they said after the full reinstall of my norton products it would work, but it didn't.)

I have problem with both Norton IS 2008 and Norton 360 Vs. 2 - (on different machines, of course) - in Both Instances, cannot download the Add On Pack 2.1 - ge Error encountered during download. Selecting either option presented (automated download or manual download) doesn't work either - eventually can get the download screen/button, but then get communications error. I have tried to set the proxy server to the correct settings in the options window, but that doesn't solve the problem.
The second problem is with Norton Internet Security 2008 Transaction Security - all options are set to a red "ERROR".
Running Windows XP pro, latest updates on one machine (Norton Internet Security 2008), and Windows XP home with all updates on the two machines with Norton 360 Vs 2 (three license pack)..
