Norton IS 2009 - Hard Drives Not Visible in 'Create Custom Scan'

I just installed Norton IS 2009, and I went in to 'Create Custom Scan', selected 'Add Folders' and it only shows my Desktop, Public Folders, Network.  Under 'My Computer' there are no hard drives visible to select, and I can't double-click it to expand it.

 

If I select the existing scan labeled 'Scan Hard Drives', I can select my hard drives, but it scans them right away, and doesn't give me an option to schedule it.

 

Anyone know how to create and schedule a Custom Scan for a single hard drive?  Could this be a bug or other issue unique to my system?
