On 31st March my Windows 7 PC started going very slow (browsers - IE8 and Firefox taking 10 minutes to appear). Norton IS 2010 itself would take minutes to open. After investigation I traced the issue to Norton "Download Intelligence" - it is OK when this is turned off. There appears to have been a Windows 7 critical update installed overnight on 30th March. Is there a known conflict?
