That's it Norton, once my subscription ends I'm never using your products again. The company billed me $188.99 for 5 devices, plus I was charged a $5 international transaction fee. . The thing that really annoys me is that the autorenew function billed my credit card 35 days before my current subscription ends. I could have bought the same package for $148 locally here in Australia.
I've been a long term customer and if this is the way you treat loyal customers then I will never give you 1 more cent of my money again!
Your business practices stink!!!
I'm thinking of asking for a refund before my current subscription expires.
No I didn't get an email before my account was billed, it came after I was billed.
There certainly seems to be quite a lot of customers who are upset about being automatically billed, which I can totally understand when no reminder is sent beforehand.
There should be a reminder sent 3 days before billing occurs and a link to opt out of autorenew before being billed.
The main thing is that long term customers should at least get some type of discount, I understand that no company these days offers discounts to long term customers, they all just gouge as much as they can while offering new customers a discount, insurance companies are the worst at this.
Anyway, I'll use up my subscription and look for a new product to use in the future.

We send a notification email before each upcoming annual renewal (usually about 50-65 days ahead), so that you are not caught off-guard. This notification email provides important information, such as the price for the next annual term, and the subscription renewal and billing dates. This helps you to adjust your protection plan according to your needs.
