Hi guys, since yesterday my norton(internet security) has been acting differently. I may have a virus (not sure). Everytime I restart my computer, the norton logo at the bottom of my screen has a grey little icon for a minute or two. Then after two minutes, the grey logo goes away and it turns into a red X meaning norton is at risk. I'm not exactly sure on what's going on, so I'm wondering if anyone could help me fix this problem. Thanks!
I've scanned my entire computer several times before Norton somehow stopped working. Then last night I had to restart my computer, and my norton 'system status' was: 'fixing', with a blue icon on the norton logo.
I'm using VISTA
