Norton is blocking all email attachments

Lately, after I downloaded Norton 360, all attachments with emails I receive are blocked.  I am using webmail from a local service, GVTC, and Norton deems http :// mail2. gvtc. syn-alias . com / service / home / as a malicious site.  Any suggestions as to how to prevent that from happening?  I thought it might be a Google Chrome issue, but Google Chrome is allowed through the firewall.  Thanks.

All: I've asked this to be move to the Norton 360 boards since it appears to be related to that product vice the Core Router.
