Hello Norton community,
I have Norton IS 2010 on my desktop, I am running Windows 7-64bit. I have noticed something strange lately. When I go to my network security map to add trust levels to devices on my network, my NAS (stated in the subject line) will stop responding to any requests for anything. I cannot access it, or even ping it. To fix the issue I have to unplug the power out of my NAS and plug it back in. Once the NAS reboots, I can ping and access it. I have tested out this issue, and it is everytime I open the network security map. I no longer have any need to go in there as I have configured all of my devices, but if you could possible look into this so that I do not run into this issue later, it would be greatly appreciated.
