Norton is making me pay for 3 licence activations instead of 1

I only use this PC. I have 3 Bootable Windows drives 1 for Windows applications, 1 for Flight Simulators and 1 for general gaming. I boot into the OS that I want to use at the time. Norton is making me pay for 3 licence activations instead of 1. It's the same pc with me as the ONLY user. I use to have it all on the same OS under 1 licence but for the ease of reinstalling if needed, it's faster to just reinstall 1 of the 3 OS instead of one really big one and huge NDN Downloads. FYI My other 2 licences are used for my wife Mac and a Separate PC for backups. In short I am been charged for 5 licences. Is this correct. I am in Australia

this PC + Mac + Backup PC = 3 devices/seats under 1 license/subscription.
How many devices/seats are covered under your Norton license/subscription?
How many licenses/subscriptions do you have?
for example:
Norton 360 Deluxe subscription offers protection for up to 3 PCs, Mac®, smartphones or tablets.

Are you being charged for 5 licenses/subscriptions?  Or, 1 license/subscription for up to 3 devices/seats?
Norton Community does not have access to your subscription nor billing information.

You should be able to use the same licence on the same physical computer. ie motherboard. Many of us have done this in the past, not with caddies but separate hard drives in the same tower. Installing Norton into both of the OS's used only one activation.

By my read you have 1 license/subscription for up to 3 devices/seats.  Correct me?

Over time terms take on different meaning.
my meaning:  License = Subscription  &  Device = Seat
