I got an email saying my subscription is about to expire but the Norton program on my desktop computer says I have 367 days left on my subscription. I even find an entry in my bank account that says I paid Norton on 9/24/2015. I have Norton on my laptop too but it says I'm on renewal program and I don't have to worry about it.
But I can't find any way to contact Norton online! I've had "chat" sessions before but have never been satisfied with them. They are never helpful. How do I contact Norton/Symantec about this problem? Why can't I email them? I found a page that said I could email them but it just took me around in a circle of clicking, taking me back to where I began! It's so frustrating trying to deal with these people. I've had Norton on my machine for at least 15 years but every year they seem to get worse and worse! Anybody have an idea?
