Since today, Every time I restart my computer Norton requires that I reactive it - it works and says I ahve 123 days left on my account.
I also tried going to the - Support Help> Subscription Status
It varifies and says everything is ok
If I restart it require to me re-activate anyway.

Yes the time and date is working. I am also using this key on my laptop as well - The key allows up to three. It does not do this on the laptop. I suppose I could try the chat support.
